Olivia made her First Communion last Sunday, May 17. Because we chose the early morning mass that we normally attend, it was just Olivia and one other little girl receiving their First Communion. But, it was kind of nice that way. Olivia and Allyssa got to proceed in with the priest and be a part of most of the mass. Our priest made it very personal and even included the two girls in the homily. Olivia was quite excited about the whole deal and really enjoyed her day.

Olivia tried very hard not to make a face after she drank the wine, but she looked like she might throw up. When she came back to her seat, she made sure to tell Philip that she didn't like the wine.
